First Search

Make your first search in UDF files with Çolpan.

Adding UDF Directory

First, you need to add the directory containing your UDF files.

1. Click “Add Directory” button from the left panel
2. Select the folder containing your UDF files
3. The directory will be indexed automatically

Note: Initial indexing may take a few minutes depending on the number of files.

Simple Search

Type your search term in the search box and press Enter:

legal

This search will find documents containing the word “legal” in all directories.

Reviewing Results

Search results will be listed in the right panel:

• Green highlight: Part where the searched term appears
• Yellow highlight: Context text
• Double-click: Opens PDF preview of the document
